We are hiring! Sharks & Minnows Swim School operates a learn-to-swim program in communities throughout Florida. Our philosophy is to make swimming lessons convenient, fun, and effective, and we attribute much of our success to our amazing team of instructors!

When building our team, we look for individuals who are passionate about working with kids and parents, and have experience in early childhood education or competitive swimming. We invest in our staff heavily throughout the season, starting with a comprehensive training program, which is supplemented with in-service training and continuing support. We are looking for instructors who are able to commit to a set schedule for the season, and who are able to deliver the Sharks & Minnows experience to our students and their families.
